Why does reception have hours?
24h access is fully automated: your card or wristband lets you in at any time. In-person reception is for: new sign-ups, card collection, commercial questions, day pass pick-up and personal service. Outside those hours you can message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond as soon as possible.
Coming for the first time with a day pass?
Make sure to come during reception hours to activate your access. Once activated, you can come in 24/7.
